bdoj Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for All Bangladesh Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bdoj" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at bdoj.io, including all games, betting products, account management tools, and payment services made available through that platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who has registered a bdoj account or who accesses the bdoj platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the bdoj platform.
• "Balance" refers to the BDT amount held in a player's bdoj account wallet, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credits separately recorded.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the portion of the Account Balance consisting of deposited BDT funds, excluding any bonus credit amounts.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Credit or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process bdoj is required to conduct before processing withdrawals.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all bdoj transactions are denominated.

2.1 Age Requirement. The bdoj platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bdoj reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the 21+ age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. bdoj is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law is the sole responsibility of the player. bdoj makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, and players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bdoj Account. Registering more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a third party's identity — is a material breach of these Terms. bdoj employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and KYC document matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended and their balances forfeited without notice.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your bdoj Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method — strictly confidential. You must not share access to your Account with any other person. bdoj accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.1 Verification Requirement. bdoj is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This verification process — referred to as KYC — requires you to submit documentation confirming your identity, age, and ownership of the MFS account used for transactions.

3.2 Acceptable Documents. bdoj accepts the following documents for KYC verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi Passport — photo page
• Birth registration certificate (for age confirmation only, not a standalone identity document)
• A screenshot or PDF statement from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming ownership of the mobile number registered on your bdoj Account

3.3 Verification Timeline. bdoj aims to complete standard KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. Delays caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions are the player's responsibility.

3.4 Right to Request Additional Documents. bdoj reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, transaction history from MFS accounts, or an in-person video verification, at bdoj's sole discretion.

4.1 General Obligations. As a bdoj Account holder, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. You agree not to use bdoj for any commercial purpose, on behalf of any third party, or in connection with any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal offence.

4.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdoj platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or calculation faults in games or the betting system — any winnings derived from a verified software error are void
• Colluding with other players in any live casino table game or sports betting market
• Registering or operating more than one Account (see Section 2.3)
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bdoj to launder money in any form
• Providing false KYC documentation or impersonating another person
• Attempting to access areas of the bdoj platform to which you are not authorised
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the bdoj platform for other users

4.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Where bdoj determines that a player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity, bdoj reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void all bets placed during the relevant period, forfeit the Account Balance, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bdoj accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladeshi Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No credit card, debit card, international wire transfer, or cryptocurrency deposit method is currently supported.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.

5.3 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via supported MFS channels are credited to the player's Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by bdoj's payment system. In the event of a technical failure, players should contact [email protected] with their MFS transaction reference number.

5.4 Player-Owned Payment Accounts. Deposits must be made from an MFS account registered in your own name, matching the identity details on your bdoj Account. bdoj does not accept deposits from third-party MFS accounts. Any deposit received from an MFS account not matching the registered player's identity may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. bdoj does not charge fees on deposits. However, your MFS provider may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with their standard tariff. bdoj is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification (Section 3) has been successfully completed. Withdrawal requests made prior to KYC completion will be queued and processed only after verification is confirmed.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand Bangladeshi Taka).

6.3 Withdrawal Method. All withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) from which the corresponding deposit was made. Withdrawal to a different MFS account or a different individual's account is not permitted.

6.4 Processing Time. bdoj aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. The time for funds to appear in your MFS wallet following processing depends on the MFS provider and is typically within a further 1–3 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC review.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. bdoj may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Where limits apply, they will be communicated to the player via the Account dashboard or by direct communication from the support team.

6.6 Right to Withhold Withdrawal. bdoj reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a KYC review is pending. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it where disclosure does not compromise the integrity of the investigation.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by bdoj are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is issued, together with these general bonus conditions. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert Bonus Credit or any winnings generated from Bonus Credit into withdrawable Real Money Balance, the player must complete the applicable Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer. Standard wagering requirements on bdoj bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus Credit and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the bonus validity period will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.

7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games on the bdoj platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the Wagering Requirement. Live casino table games, cricket betting, and other products may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. 7.5 Bonus Abuse. bdoj reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus amounts and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple Accounts, systematically betting on both sides of a market to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting a promotional error. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at bdoj's sole discretion.

7.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. bdoj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has opted in, bdoj will honour any Bonus Credit already credited to the Account under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

8.1 Game Outcomes. All slot games and random number-based casino games on bdoj use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by the game studios providing the content. bdoj does not alter, interfere with, or have access to modify game outcomes in real time. Game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe are subject to independent third-party testing and certification.

8.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. 8.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. 8.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or system error, all affected bets for the period of the malfunction are void and any wagers placed during that period will be refunded to the player's Account balance. bdoj does not honour winnings generated from a demonstrable game malfunction or software error.

Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. bdoj's decision on game outcome disputes, once all evidence has been reviewed, is final.

10.2 Permitted Use. Access to the bdoj platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10.3 Third-Party Game Content. 11.2 Wagering Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions made by a player on the bdoj platform are made voluntarily by the player. bdoj is not responsible for financial losses incurred as a result of a player's wagering decisions. Gambling involves risk, and past results do not predict future outcomes.

11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdoj's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that player's Account at the time the claim arose.

11.4 Indirect Losses. bdoj is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even where bdoj has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.1 bdoj's Right to Suspend. bdoj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraud or criminal activity, or where required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your bdoj Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing the Account, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered MFS account, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding Terms breach investigations being open.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the player or by bdoj — all pending bonus credits and associated wagering progress are forfeited. Any Real Money Balance that cannot be returned due to KYC failure or MFS account mismatch will be held by bdoj for a period of 180 days, during which the player may re-submit correct KYC documentation to claim the balance.

13.1 Data Collection. bdoj collects and processes personal data submitted during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing Account use. 13.2 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you may opt in to receive promotional communications from bdoj via SMS or in-platform notification. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected] or by updating your communication preferences within Account Settings. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the platform.

14.1 Right to Amend. bdoj reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

14.2 Notification of Changes. Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, bdoj will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via in-platform notification or by email to the address on file. The absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the updated Terms.

14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the bdoj platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised provision, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players access and use the bdoj platform subject to the legal framework applicable in their jurisdiction. bdoj makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and disclaims all liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process.
